Fiลekhane was established in the first half of the 19th century within the body of โZeytinburnu Fabrika-i Hรผmรขyรปnuโโ which has a history of nearly two centuries with its industrial identity. Today, the water tower, armored vehicles repair shop, workshops and warehouses, which were built in the 1800s and carry traces of classical Ottoman architecture, have been restored as cultural assets. The place was registered by the municipality and entered the list of historical places that must be seen in Istanbul. Thus, FฤฐลEKHANE is one of the most important historical values of Istanbul. After nearly 170 years, it is the new meeting point of the city with its unique restoration.
