This year’s edition introduces a dynamic approach by grouping related sessions into thematic tracks, encouraging deeper insights and actionable outcomes. From aviation and wine tourism to investment and media, the event places a strong focus on relevance, inclusion, and practical value for tourism professionals.
Key Sessions Include:
- Aviation Focus (April 10): Featuring AASA CEO Aaron Munetsi and FlySafair's Kirby Gordon to explore challenges in regional air connectivity.
- State of the Industry Panel (April 11): Led by Michelle Gounden from Skift, this session examines Africa’s tourism future and shifting market dynamics.
- Wine Tourism Track (April 11): Includes live tastings and sector insights from leaders, highlighting wine tourism’s role in regional development.
- Inclusion & Diversity Conversations: TEDx-style talks, with Ruth Rathblott delivering insights on belonging and inclusion within tourism.
