8 Day Uganda Gorilla & Wildlife

This breathtaking 8 days wildlife and primate tour will begin and ends in Kampala-Uganda capital and its largest city. The safari will give you an opportunity to visit the western part of the Uganda the most gifted region with over 6 national parks and reserves with beautiful sceneries.

The main places to visit on this tour are this safari are; Lake Mburo National Park Uganda’s closest park to the capital Kampala and smallest park which sits on an area of 371 sq km. The park is home to a big number of Zebras and other animals such as antelopes, warthogs, buffaloes, oribis and others seen along the lake shores like the hippos, crocodiles as well as birds, it registers over 332 bird species.

Bwindi Impenetrable forest national park is another targeted park on this tour. The park is home to mountain gorillas and over 340 individuals are registered in this park. The park also harbors around 120 mammal species, 400 plant species, 346 bird species, 202 butterfly species and many more.

Queen Elizabeth national park is also another place to visit after bwindi. The park is known for its diverse wildlife species like tree climbing lions in the Ishasha sector, antelopes, elephants, crocodiles, hippos, buffaloes, water bucks, and chimpanzees. It also inhabit over 600 bird species many of these are seen during the game drives, boat cruise and also during nature walks.

The tour will also take you to kibale forest national park a home to over 13 species of primates including the chimpanzee the man’s closest relatives. Other primate species to see in kibale include the black and white colobus, olive monkeys, red-tailed monkeys, vervet monkey among many others and over 300 bird species.
