Manaslu Larke Pass Trek
Trek on the “Great Himalayan Trail”, cross the famous Larke Pass, and reach the restricted Manaslu area. This trek is suitable for people who seek a challenging and secluded trip.
Trekking Itinerary:
Day 1: Arrive in Kathmandu (1,300m)
Day 2: Drive to Soti Khola by Bus/ jeep (800m, 8 to 9 hour)
Day 3: Start trekking from Soti Khol to Machha Khola (870m, 6 to 7 hours)
Day 4: Machha Khola to Jagat (1,340m, 6 to 7 hours)
Day 5: Jagat to Deng (1,860m, 7 to 8 hours)
Day 6: Deng to Namrung (2,660m, 6 to 7 hours)
Day 7: Namrung to Lho Gham (3,180m, 3 to 4 hours)
Day 8: Lho Gham to Samagaon (3,530m, 3 to 4 hours)
Day 9: Samagaon – Acclimatization Day. Optional hike to Manaslu Base Camp (4,800m) and Birendra Lake (4,450m) and back (4 to 5 hours)
Day 10: Samagaon to Samdo (3,860m, 2 to 3 hours)
Day 11: Samdo to Larkya Phedi (Dharamsala) (4,480m, 4 to 5 hours)
Day 12: Larkya Phedi to Bimthang (3,720m) via Larke Pass (5,160m) (10 to 12 hours)
Day 13: Bimthang to Tilije (2,300m, 5 to 6 hours)
Day 14: Tilije to Tal (1,700m, 5 to 6 hours)
Day 15: Tal to Syange (1100 m, 7 to 8 hours)
Day 16: Drive back to Kathmandu by bus (8 to 9 hours)
Day 17: Depart or extend your trip.
