Plenary Hall

The Plenary Hall PICC's largest single venue, the imposing gallery-like auditorium ideal for major corporate functions, governmental or NGO-level exchanges, trade or educational symposia-in short, any event requiring the highest level of functionality and participation.

The interior design is inspired by Malaysian traditional "Mengkuang" basket motif, which also enhances illumination from natural speech intelligibility and for sound amplification, includes two (2) royal boxes, two (2) public viewing galleries, eight (8) interpreter rooms operating 32 channels, and two (2) large screens.
