Day 1: Moshi to Umbwe Gate to Umbwe Cave Camp After breakfast, drive from Moshi to the Umbwe Gate (1800m). After registration, start your trek through the forest to the Umbwe Cave Camp (2900 m).

Day 2: Umbwe Cave Camp to Barranco Camp After breakfast, begin the steep ascent through the forest to the Barranco Camp (3950m). Along the way, you will have a great view of the Western Breach and Breach Wall. This climb will take approximately 6 to 7 hours.

Day 3: Barranco Camp to Karanga Camp After breakfast, climb the Barranco Wall and continue on to the Karanga Camp (4000m). This climb will take approximately 4 to 5 hours.
