7 Days Birding Tour Program - Ethiopia
Day 1: Morning arrival in Addis Ababa
On the same day, you will drive to Awash National Park
On the way, you will have a stop for birding at Debre Zeit and at Lake Beseka.
Overnight in a Hotel
Day 2: Awash National Park.
The whole day birding in Awash National Park and in the Alledeghi Wildlife Reserve.
Overnight in a Hotel
Day 3: Awash National Park – Langano.
Drive to Langano along the way, you will have birding around Koka Dam and at Lake Ziway
Overnight Langano in a lodge.
Day 4: Langano – Bale Mountains.
Morning drive to the Bale Mountains National Park, after noon birding in Bale Mountains.
Overnight in a Hotel
Day 5: Bale Mountains – Wondo Genet. In the morning, you will have birding in Bale Mountains. In the afternoon, you will drive to Wondo Genet
Overnight in a Hotel
Day 6: Wondo Genet – Awassa.
Early morning birding in Wondo genet and then continue to Awassa.
In the afternoon, you will have birding in Awassa.
Overnight in a Hotel
Day 7: Awassa – Addis Ababa.
Along the way back to Addis Ababa, you will have birding at Abiyata-Shalla National Park. Evening transfer to Airport for your international flight
