6 Days Serengeti Great Migration Safari in Tanzania
The Serengeti Great Migration Safari is a six-day event that showcases the beauty and complexity of the African wilderness. This annual event sees millions of wildebeest, zebras, and gazelles move across the Serengeti ecosystem in search of food and water. The journey begins in Tanzania's Serengeti National Park, where herds gather for their journey, and then moves northwards towards Kenya's Masai Mara National Reserve. The migration is vital to the Serengeti ecosystem, providing food for predators like lions, hyenas, and crocodiles, as well as maintaining the balance between different species and ensuring the grasslands remain healthy.The safari offers a range of safari options, including hot air balloon rides, guided walks, and traditional game drives.
