8DAYS LEMOSHO ROUTE - KILIMANJARO HIKE

Lemosho route is commencing in the west and rather than simply intersecting Shira Plateau (like Machame), Lemosho crosses it from Shira Ridge to Shira Camp. Hikers encounter low traffic until the route joins the Machame route. Afterward, Lemosho follows the same route through Lava Tower, Barranco and Barafu.
Lemosho route is teamed as fantastic route on Kilimanjaro mountain and grants panoramic vistas on various sides of the mountain. Since this route gives a good balance of low traffic, scenic views, and a high summit success rate. That is why, Lemosho route becomes great preferred.
Hike type: Small- Medium& Large group size, Youth and Family, High altitudes. Summit success rate: Gilman’s Point (94%). Uhuru Peak (97%).

DAY 1: ARUSHA/MOSHI - LENSOROSI GATE - MTI MKUBWA CAMP

DAY 2: MTI MKUBWA CAMP - SHIRA ONE CAMP.

DAY 3: SHIRA ONE CAMP - SHIRA CAMP.

DAY 4: SHIRA CAMP - BARRANCO CAMP.

DAY 5: BARRANCO CAMP - KARANGA CAMP.

DAY 6: KARANGA CAMP - BARAFU CAMP.

DAY 7: BARAFU CAMP - UHURU PEAK - MWEKA CAMP.

DAY 8: MWEKA CAMP - MWEKA GATE - ARUSHA/MOSHI.
