Mt. Kilimanjaro: 7-Day Rongai Route Expedition

Day 1: Arrival in Tanzania
Upon arrival at Kilimanjaro Airport, you will be transferred to our hotel in Moshi to freshen up after your flight. After a comprehensive briefing about the trip from your expedition leader,. We will be served dinner in the hotel, where you can get to know the other members of your group and relax on the beautiful grounds of our hotel.

Day 1: Rongai route - Simba camp
- Begin the trek at the Rongai Gate and enter the pristine wilderness of Kilimanjaro via the less-traveled Rongai Route. Camp at Simba Camp, nestled amidst the breathtaking beauty of the mountain.

Day 3: Kikelelwa camp
- Continue the ascent, passing through diverse terrain and reaching Kikelelwa Camp, surrounded by stunning vistas.

Day 4: Mawenzi turn
- Journey towards Mawenzi Turn, offering mesmerizing views of the rugged Mawenzi peak and the surrounding landscape.

Day 5: Acclimatization day
- Take a well-deserved rest day at Mawenzi Turn, allowing your body to acclimatize to the increasing altitude.

Day 6: Kibo hut
- Resume the trek towards Kibo Hut, the final base camp before the summit push, where you'll prepare for the challenging ascent.

Day 7: Uhuru Peak & Horombo Hut
- Reach Uhuru Peak, then descend to Horombo Hut where you'll celebrate your achievement and enjoy a comfortable night's rest.

Day 8: Marangu gate
- Complete the descent to Marangu Gate, where you'll receive your summit certificates and bid farewell to the mountain.

Day 9: Departure or Extend
- Departure from Kilimanjaro or consider extending your stay to explore more of Tanzania's natural wonders.
