Nine Days in Mount Kilimanjaro Via Londorossi Route
Embark on a scenic and diverse nine-day trek to the summit of Mount Kilimanjaro via the Londorossi Route, known for its less crowded trails and stunning landscapes.

Day 1: Arrival and Transfer to Londorossi Gate
Arrive in Tanzania and transfer to Londorossi Gate. Prepare for your trek and overnight at a nearby lodge.

Day 2: Londorossi Gate to Mti Mkubwa Camp
Drive to the trailhead and begin your trek through lush rainforest to Mti Mkubwa Camp. Enjoy the serene surroundings and prepare for the days ahead.

Day 3: Mti Mkubwa Camp to Shira 1 Camp
Ascend through moorland and enter the Shira Plateau. Reach Shira 1 Camp, where you’ll have stunning views of the mountain and ample time to acclimate.

Day 4: Shira 1 Camp to Shira 2 Camp
Hike across the Shira Plateau to Shira 2 Camp. Explore the plateau's diverse vegetation and enjoy the expansive views of Kilimanjaro’s glaciers.

Day 5: Shira 2 Camp to Barranco Camp
Continue to Barranco Camp, descending into the Barranco Valley. This area features dramatic landscapes and acclimatization opportunities.

Day 6: Barranco Camp to Karanga Camp
Climb the Barranco Wall and proceed to Karanga Camp, nestled in a valley with panoramic views of the surrounding peaks.

Day 7: Karanga Camp to Barafu Camp
Ascend to Barafu Camp, the base camp for your final summit push. Rest and prepare for the early morning ascent.

Day 8: Summit Day and Descent to Mweka Camp
Start your summit bid in the early hours to reach Uhuru Peak by sunrise. After celebrating, descend to Mweka Camp for your final night on the mountain.

Day 9: Mweka Camp to Mweka Gate and Departure
Complete your descent to Mweka Gate, where you’ll receive your summit certificate. Transfer back to Arusha or Kilimanjaro for departure.
