2 days Tanzania luxury safari
A 2-day luxury safari in Tanzania focuses on providing a high-quality, immersive experience in a short amount of time. Here’s a suggested itinerary:

Day 1: Arrival in Arusha and Tarangire National Park
Morning: Arrive at Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO) and transfer to your luxury lodge or hotel in Arusha for a brief rest or refreshment.

Late Morning: Depart for Tarangire National Park (approx. 2 hours’ drive). Tarangire is renowned for its impressive elephant herds and striking baobab trees.

Afternoon: Enjoy a game drive in Tarangire, where you can spot a variety of wildlife including elephants, lions, and buffaloes. The park offers excellent opportunities for wildlife photography.

Evening: Stay at a high-end lodge or tented camp within or near Tarangire National Park. Enjoy a gourmet dinner and relax in a luxurious setting, with stunning views and premium amenities.

Day 2: Tarangire to Ngorongoro Crater and Departure
Early Morning: Depart early for the Ngorongoro Crater (approx. 3 hours’ drive). The early start allows you to experience the crater’s wildlife at its most active.

Mid-Morning: Descend into the Ngorongoro Crater, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, for a game drive. The crater’s dense wildlife population offers excellent chances to see the Big Five – lions, leopards, elephants, buffaloes, and rhinos.

Lunch: Enjoy a picnic lunch with panoramic views of the crater or return to a luxury lodge on the crater rim for a sumptuous meal.

Afternoon: After lunch, enjoy a final game drive or explore the crater’s diverse landscapes.

Late Afternoon: Transfer back to Arusha (approx. 3 hours’ drive) or head to Kilimanjaro International Airport for your onward flight. If your flight is late in the evening, you can relax at a day-use room at a lodge or hotel in Arusha before departure.
