The Company Festival Package 1 is one of our top summer corporate events, hosted on our event grounds in the Gardens of West, on the outskirts of Amsterdam-West. At UP Events, we welcome up to 50,000 visitors annually for company parties, team outings, and other activities. Organize your own summer festival on our playful and fully equipped grounds, where you’ll be inspired and energized by the vibrant beach club ambiance. With its lush greenery and sunny atmosphere, our venue provides the perfect backdrop for a memorable summer celebration. Conveniently located near public transport and the highway, and with free parking at the doorstep, UP Events is easily accessible.

This all-inclusive summer festival package ensures that your event will be unforgettable. Treat your guests to delicious wood-fired BBQ festival food with options like beef burgers, pulled pork rolls, portobello burgers, and a fresh salad bar. Add a sweet touch with an ice cream cart, perfect for cooling down or simply enjoying the taste of summer. Snack bars offer additional treats, such as wraps with smoked salmon or spianata romana, while our beverage package features a Dutch assortment (excluding spirits).

Keep the energy alive with live music from a DJ and make lasting memories in our Karaoke Caravan. A microphone and stage are included for any announcements or presentations. To add even more excitement, choose from a range of activations such as Arcade Games, Bubble Football, Laser Tag and more.
